Waste Minimisation Services (WMS) provide a wide range of mobile Industrial Water Treatment services. At the heart of our systems is our absorption media which can be blended to remove specific contaminants to the required level for discharge to sewer or in more challenging circumstances, release into a water course.

Depending on individual requirements we can also add additional modular elements to reach the desired result. These include:

- Solids Filtration 
- Catalytic Oxidation
- pH adjustment

With these different methods we can deal with most industrial contaminants. 

Our systems are passive and able to be switched on and off instantaneously and require little manual input.

How it Works
 

First the waste stream is tested to identify the contaminants present and their concentrations and these are compared with the discharge criteria.
Next we design a system using our modular elements that will meet the discharge requirements and minimise the quantity of waste. These may include:

Filtration

Solids are filtered out using bag filters.
Media adsorption
We have a range of media which can be blended to chemically adsorb the specific contaminants.
Oxidation

An oxidation loop provides catalytic oxidation of substances such as Ammonia to Nitrates and water.
pH adjustment
pH can be adjusted to acceptable level with dosing through an in-line static mixer
