Oily Sludge Treatment

Our patented sludge attrition unit (SAU) can rip apart emulsions in sludge allowing for a clean separation of oil, water and solids. That means a higher recovery of oil and a large reduction in volume for disposal. Its also 10 times faster that a centrifuge.

Leachate is typically high in COD due to the presence of Ammonia and may also contain other hazardous contaminants. Our media absorption and catalytic oxidation can cost effectively reduce COD and remove contaminants allowing for onsite discharge.

Dewatering

Waste streams such as drill cuttings or Bentonite slurry contain high volumes of water. We can remove most of this water and treat it to allow for onsite discharge if permits allow. The volume for disposal can be reduced up to 95%, reducing waste and saving costs.

Glycol Regeneration

Glycol can lose its effectiveness over time as it becomes contaminated. Our three stage regeneration process can clean the Glycol, removing solids, divalent ions and organic acids to restore its effectiveness.
